In school Dylan has been making pumpkin pie from scratch by following a recipe. To go along with that same theme, everyone told their teacher their recipe for "how to cook a turkey". This is Dylan's.
Dylan's turkey recipe
Take 2 cups of sugar and put 3 cups of water in it. Then add 1 cup of syrup and 8 more cups of sugar and 5 cups of special juice and hot chocolate so it's a hot turkey. Stir it all up then add deer juice and stir again. Add flower seeds and cook for 80 minutes.
Anyone want to come to our house for turkey dinner?
p.s I guess Richard's deer he shot about a month ago is still on Dylan's mind. He also keeps asking his teacher to come over for dinner so she can have deer meat.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Jordan put together a pretty sweet costume. This was the first year he was able to dress up at school.
I feel pretty good about how Dylan's Jedi costume turned out. I found an easy tutorial online that helped a lot.
Jacob is just the cutest pirate ever. My mom made this costume when Brendan was a baby. I am glad I still had it for Jacob to wear.
I feel really bad but this is really the only picture I got of Brendan the Ninja. He had a couple of friends over to go trick-or-treating with and I guess I couldn't keep up. For Historically Halloween at school he was Apollo (the god of music). He did a good job memorizing his whole talk.
